there is nothing easier just go to the forum index u want to post the topic on for instance the forum index is "about umf cluj forum" click on the index.
then start typing on the area provided for messages (remember to put a subject for it to be more interesting and specific) and when u finish click on submit... ur message will be posted

Hello.I have some difficulties finding information for foreign students willing to study at UMF(dental medicine,more precisely).
Could someone give me a hand,please?I would really appreciate it if you gave me a link.Thanks in advance
