Hi!
First there is a new rule from the decanat...
If during the 4th year, you are absent for a scheduled exam, you MUST take this exam during Toamna 1: from 3 September to 9 September!
If you tool the exam during the 4th year, but then failed, you MUST retake it during Toamna 2: from 17 September to 23 September.
As for the day when General Surgery is scheduled... I don't know.
You better try to ask the secretary at the decanat.

if you negociate with the teachers most of them will agree to give you the written exams in english i bet... but still the practical stages will be in romanian
